Officers' clubs

 In Turkey, a retired officer can be banned from entering military social facilities and officers' clubs without a court order because of the articles he writes on social media or the statements he makes on TV or in a newspaper, yet those facilities are built for him with deductions from his salary while he is on active duty. In addition, the patisserie, bar and food services in military social facilities and officers' clubs were transferred to civilian operators, prices skyrocketed and quality decreased; car parks in officers' clubs were tied to hourly rates.
