In Türkiye, after the Corona pandemic in 2020, real estate prices skyrocketed, and the public, already struggling with a spiral of devaluation and inflation, had to contend with even more difficulties; previously, 20 years of rent would amortize the price of a house, now it has fallen to 10 years or less, worsening the situation for tenants.
