In capitalism, there's capital, the dominant power, the money barons, the ruling class—whatever you want to call them—they determine the political parties, their principles, even their members and delegates. We don't know the real rulers; those we consider powerful actually have no initiative, they perform assigned tasks like the doorman in an apartment building. Don't differentiate between the ruling party and the opposition; scrutinize them closely and understand that they're colluding. In capitalism, there's no such thing as a crisis; there's a movement of money, the wallets of the masses are emptied, and it's transferred to certain hands. In our country, they mostly do this through devaluation, but there are also instruments like the stock market and deposits. I can't go into detail because freedom of expression has hit rock bottom; everything is banned. Let me give a simple example: There was seven years of devaluation, the stock market crashed, inflation went off the rails—in short, a terrible situation unfolded. Did you hear any criticism from the opposition parties regarding these issues? For example, didn't the Prime Minister instill in us the idea of selling USD from 2.90 liras onwards? Didn't the President say, when the USD was in the 3.40-3.50 range, "those who buy foreign currency are traitors, we are under siege by foreign powers, switch to lira"? What happened after these statements? The exchange rate skyrocketed. There are other issues too, but there's no need to elaborate; which of these were criticized by opposition economists or opposition party leaders? I don't know the situation in the West, I've just described the pattern here.
