Just look at the weightings of these stocks in the index: Asels 11.21%, Tuprs 9.62%, Bimas 8.78%, Thyao 5.11%, Akbnk 4.89%, the combined total of these five stocks comes to 39.61%. The index has skyrocketed over the last three and a half years, keeping pace with inflation in the 300–400% range, yet the vast majority of stocks have crashed; a stock that merely dropped to half its price is practically considered a winner. People talk about funds engaging in manipulation, well, what are these entities doing? I must be a fool, as I can't quite grasp these matters; I’d appreciate it if you could enlighten me. 👇
