My prescription for saving the stock market👇

Years ago, I understood the shady practices in the stock market and listed my own proposed solutions. What did I say, what do I say, and what will I say? Initial public offerings should be banned for at least twenty years. Companies traded on the stock exchange should have the right to increase their capital by a maximum of one time, up to 100%, for fifty years. Private placement capital increases should be banned, and those already implemented should be cancelled. The daily rise and fall limit for shares should be increased to twenty percent. The state collects countless taxes from investors; it should provide eight hours of daily data broadcasting directly to stockbrokers for a nominal fee, without involving private firms, and should lower the price to a reasonable level. In the current system, a stockbroker needs either a lot of money or a lack of common sense to access a deep and intermediary-distributed data screen. The Sovereign Wealth Fund should be abolished; public funds should not be entrusted to individuals, because humans err. For example, some might call me an embodiment of honesty, and that might be true, but it stems from a lack of emphasis on materialism.  Still, I can't guarantee anything, I haven't been tested yet, but if I had the opportunity, perhaps I would empty the treasury. Who knows? Qatar's stake in the BIST (Istanbul Stock Exchange) should be reclaimed. The Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund and any other state-owned enterprises should be made public. The balance sheet of a company that reports losses for two consecutive years should be sent to at least two different independent Western auditors; if faults are found, the owner should be severely punished, and no leniency should be shown, regardless of whether their profession is biscuit making or gas cylinder delivery. Athletes who dope are punished, but billionaires who manipulate masses with artificial intelligence are overlooked. Do you think there is justice here?
