Kudos to Norway!

Turkey is generally represented at the national team level by foreign athletes who are paid to become Turkish citizens; we see this in almost every sport. When any Turkish athlete succeeds in an international competition, both they and their teammates celebrate wildly, lose control with strange behavior, shed tears, and say, "I did it for my nation." No one knows the amount of money distributed according to the prize regulations; money is showered on the training club, coaches, etc., but I won't go into that. Last night, Norway beat Brazil 2-1 in the World Cup with two goals from Haaland, advancing to the next round. I watched the players' and fans' rowing celebration with envy; I thought, "I should live among these people." Kudos to Norway, which has produced chess prodigy Magnus Carlsen, Haaland, and world record-holding athletes!
