What do you think is happening in the capital markets?👇

The Turkish stock market index is constantly rising, but the vast majority of stocks are plummeting. I've given countless examples, prepared videos, shared photos and graphs, and after all those lengthy explanations, I've reasoned and concluded that the BIST (the total value of publicly traded shares is currently $198.6 billion), VIOP, warrants, and foreign exchange markets (why isn't the Turkish lira traded on forex? Are there those who fear devaluation becoming history?) are all managed by a single entity. I've suggested that stockbrokers' money is being used as interest-free loans, and that enormous profits are being made through leveraged transactions in VIOP and warrants. I don't know who might possess approximately $200 billion; I'm just doing some brainstorming. Stocks have been in a terrible state for three and a half years, yet the index has risen and the IPO storm hasn't subsided. Do you think there's a causal link between these events? Am I being unnecessarily anxious? Am I mentally ill, an imbecile, or why do I find things you consider perfectly normal to be abnormal?
