If the use of artificial intelligence in the stock market is not banned, and if the practice known as index engineering is not cracked down on, stockbrokers cannot achieve returns above inflation; it's impossible, even I couldn't. For years I've been writing that the Sovereign Wealth Fund should be abolished, Qatar's stake in BIST (Istanbul Stock Exchange) should be bought out, and initial public offerings should be banned for at least twenty years.
